Nurflow: planning, BI and practical AI for supply chain teams
- −30% inventory in 12 months, as project lead in a previous role (CHF 15.4M → 10.8M while sales grew 6%)
- 9 sites industrial sites brought onto one procurement data source of truth (Microsoft Fabric), as data project lead
- 2 industrial sites running an AI agent I built, in production
Too many teams run on firefighting: quiet weeks followed by chaos, decisions made under pressure with incomplete information. I help you build a simple, working planning process, so you can see what’s coming, prepare for it and make decisions with confidence instead of guesswork.
I work mainly with supply chain and operations teams, which is where my experience is. The underlying problem, no clear plan and everyone reacting instead of anticipating, exists in other functions too. Nurflow is based in Qatar and draws on operational experience gained in Europe. I worked for eleven years in France on data and supply chain topics, with frequent work trips to Brussels, then for more than three years in Switzerland as an S&OP manager. I am now developing Nurflow in Qatar while continuing to support teams in Switzerland and France. If that sounds familiar, we should talk.
Services
- S&OP coaching and sprints: A working planning cycle, from demand to supply, inventory and finance, built around how your business really runs. Not a rigid textbook process.
- BI that gets used: Organise your data, choose the few indicators that matter and build dashboards your teams open every week.
- Targeted AI automation: Small, targeted automations for repetitive work that starts from e-mails, documents or data to compare. A human stays in the loop.
Real projects, in production.
FAQ
What does Nurflow do?
Nurflow helps businesses move from reacting to planning. I work on S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning), business intelligence and targeted AI automation, mostly with supply chain and operations teams.
Too much stock and stock-outs at the same time: who can help?
This is the job of supply chain planning, often called S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning). Having both problems at once usually means sales, production and procurement do not work from the same plan: you stock what does not sell and run short of what does. The first step is to look at your data and your meetings as they are today, to find where the plan breaks.
Which KPIs should we track to steer the supply chain?
A few, defined the same way by every team: service level (delivered on time and in full), inventory coverage in days, stock-outs and lost sales, forecast accuracy and bias, adherence to the production plan, and inventory value and turnover. The hard part is rarely the list: it is agreeing on how each one is calculated and reviewing them together every month.
What is S&OP, and what is a sprint?
S&OP aligns sales, production, procurement and finance on a single plan, reviewed every month. A sprint is a short, focused engagement to set it up or fix it: a working process in weeks rather than months. The scope is agreed together.
Is S&OP the same as IBP or the French “PIC”?
It is the same core idea under different names. IBP (Integrated Business Planning) usually means an S&OP that goes further into finance and strategy. In French-speaking companies, the monthly process is often called the PIC (Plan Industriel et Commercial). Whatever the name, the aim is one shared plan for sales, operations, procurement and finance, reviewed every month.
Do you replace our BI tool?
No. I build on what you already have (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau or similar). The problem is rarely the tool: it is the quality of the data, how KPIs are defined and whether a routine exists around them.
What can AI automate, and is it safe?
Repetitive tasks that start from e-mails, documents or data to compare. In the case study, an AI agent reads supplier order confirmations, checks them against the ERP and prepares the buyer’s work. It runs in an enterprise environment (Azure OpenAI, company sign-in), and a human approves every decision.
Do we need developers to set this up?
Not necessarily. The agent in the case study was built without me writing code, using n8n, Azure OpenAI and Claude Code. You do need business knowledge, testing on real cases and your IT team for network, access and security.
Where do you work?
Nurflow is based in Qatar and draws on operational experience gained in Europe: eleven years in France on data and supply chain topics, with frequent work trips to Brussels, then more than three years in Switzerland as an S&OP manager. I am developing Nurflow in Qatar while continuing to support teams in Switzerland and France. In English or French. Other countries can be discussed.
How does it start?
With a first conversation, no commitment, to understand your situation. If it makes sense, we define a small, scoped first step together. There is no fixed package.
